You know how new parents think everything their child does is go great? And how their kid is the smartest kid to ever be born? When does that admiration stop? Does it stop?

I’m not going to lie, I’m sure once I have a kid I’m going to believe he(she) is the next Einstein. But is there a point when parents stop thinking the sun shines out your ass? They are so amazed when you reach milestones in your first years…talking, walking, sitting up,etc, etc… Once you become an adult do you parents still get amazed at things you do?

“Wow, my son just dug himself into more debt. I remember yeserday he was just born.”

“Look at you going to work everyday like a big girl!”
